Deposits
Deposits are handled by the professional staff of RAI when the vehicle is handed over, in the form of pre-authorization through a payment or credit card,
Deposits and limits are an integral part of the RAI Internacional car rental price list.
The deposit may be influenced by the rental duration.
Renting vehicles in the upper middle, upper, and luxury classes requires a minimum rental period of 3 days.
The deposit amount depends on the class and specific vehicle:
| ECONOMY CLASS: | 200 – 450€ |
| PREMIUM COMPACTS: | 500 – 800€ |
| MIDDLE CLASS: | 350 – 650€ |
| MIDDLE BUSINESS CLASS: | 800 – 1000€ |
| UPPER CLASS: | 1500 – 2000€ |
| UPPER LUXURY CLASS: | 10 000 – 20 000€ (minimum age 35 years + 2x payment card) |
| SUV 4×4: | 1000 – 3000€ |
| MULTI-SEAT VEHICLES: | 650 – 3000€ |
| HYBRIDS: | 450 – 1000€ |
Other vehicles are limited as follows:
| Mileage limit VW Crafter 1 day: | 150 km/day |
| Mileage limit per month: | According to the calculation |
| Multi-seat and SUV vehicles: | 250 km/day (first 3 days of rental) |
| Multi-seat vehicles: | During main season: 200 km/day During low seaoson: 200 km/day (the first 3 days of rental) |
Processing Fees
Processing fee / fines: 25 Eur + VAT
